About Tibetan Professional Scholarship
Tibetan students seeking professional master’s degrees in India are eligible to apply for the 2025 Tibetan Professional Scholarship Program. Each program has different dates for the online application procedure. Higher tuition costs for professional courses are covered by scholarships, which are administered in collaboration with the Department of Education (CTA/DOE) of the Central Tibetan Administration. Under this program the applicant’s will receive the amount of rupees 2 lakh and other than this they will also receive donations. The applicant’s will also receive rupees 75 thousand per year for maintenance. For the continuation of the TPSP Scholarship applicant should maintain 60 percent in academic results.

Eligibility Criteria
The eligible criteria for applying under this program is given below:-
- The applicant must be a Tibetan refugee student who has a Green book. Applicant And his or her parents green book contribution must be paid till 2024. The information of GB must be mentioned in form A, and attested by the concerned Tibetan Settlement officer.
- The applicant should have scored 65 percent in the bachelor’s degree. The preference will be given to the fresh graduates.
- The applicant should submit two preference letters from a former teacher, professor, or a mentor.
- The applicant needs to submit a personal statement of minimum one page.
